Powerful PdMA Motor Management with PdMA
MCEmax allows us to provide an amazing array of services both
on-line and off-line. We can perform trend analysis,
diagnostics, efficiency analysis, power quality, drive analysis,
insulation, and check stator and rotor health.
Customers may now elect to use MTAP2
technology, which permits the equipment to be simply plugged in
to the motor control center or controller for complete
diagnostics without shutdown or lock out/tag out. This timesaver
can maintain critical production lines operating with minimal or
no interruptions.
Power vibration analysis of electrical
rotating equipment and processes enable us to detect
mechanical problems, bearing problems and imbalances before they shut you
down.
Laser alignment services are available for
motors, generators, and coupled pumps.
